Winter Maintenance Plan

* Inspect/adjust weather strip and door sweep
* Storm Windows and Screens: (Fall) Take down screens (if removable type) and replace with storm windows.
* Remove window air-conditioners, or put weatherproof covers on them (if available).
* Inspect and evenly spread existing insulation in roof area
* Inspect openings around windows and doors. Caulk and seal openings that can safely be reached.
* Clear debris(leaves) from HVAC unit .

* Inspect and Service HVAC system
* Inspect and service the chimney
* Clean Gutters
* Vacuum dryer vent
* Inspect and clean ceiling and bath exhaust/intake vents
